The classic Ethiopian Yirgacheffe is a highly celebrated, premium Arabica coffee known for its delicate, aromatic, and complex profile. Grown at high altitudes, it typically features bright, citrusy, and floral notes (like jasmine or lemon) with a light-to-medium body, tea-like consistency, and a clean finish. Washed processing produces a very clean, bright, and citrus-forward cup. It is often described as having berry or wine-like undertones, with caramel, green tea, red apple and plum. Because of its unique, delicate, and vibrant nature, Yirgacheffe is favored for manual brewing methods like pour-over, Chemex, or French press to highlight its subtle, complex, and high-altitude flavors.

Vietnam Black Lotus is a bold, luxurious specialty coffee from Đà Lạt, Vietnam. Anaerobic natural processing helps create a unique, fruit-forward flavor profile.
